Primary Account
At enrollment, a primary or "master" account is created for the Internet Account Owner designated by your organization. This Internet Account Owner has access to:

- An Internet Account Management tool used to manage Primary Account information and create Sub-Account
access for designates to view account information.
- Service Options for your business insurance policies and groups.
- An Internet Account Administration Guide with "how to" steps for managing your accounts.
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for quick answers to common questions.
