Group DI Online Plan Administration - Group DI Administration

Group DI Administration provides the following online resources for use in the day-to-day administration of your group disability insurance plan:

  • The Home tab has viewable / printable information including:
    • Employee Coverage
    • Billing
    • Contracts
    • Claims
    • Forms
  • The Resources tab has information such as:
    • Access to an Online Administration Guide to answer your questions quickly
    • View Enrolled Services your group may have
  • Account Management tab has settings to keep Northwestern Mutual up to date. Northwestern Mutual stores your information into a Group Profile, this includes settings such as:
      • Internal Contacts
      • Group Contacts
      • Change Address
      • Group Affiliates

Additional tasks allow individuals designated by your organization to perform the following services online:

  • Administer the insurance for employees covered in your group disability insurance plan
    • Add or terminate employees to existing coverage
    • Update and change individual employee information
  • View Assigned Coverage
  • View/Print List Bills
  • Adjust/Print Self-Administered Bills
  • Access step by step help for each of the above billing/member maintenance options

Note: If your organization has multiple divisions, individuals you designate will have access to the Billing/Member Maintenance options for ALL divisions in your organization.
